2 of 2 found this helpful It has a strong off-taste as soon as it gets wet, so be sure to use a flavored liquid or yogurt and swallow quickly. It does not produce a burping effect, like fish oil does, so no worries there on using on an empty stomach. I noticed a difference right away, and my scalp feels less tight after taking for a couple weeks. Crossing my fingers it will help with hair loss

2 of 2 found this helpful Makes excellent coffee, tea and cocoa very quickly with no mess. Registering on line with Keurig gives you 2 free K-cup boxes with a 2 k-cup purchase. The sampler boxes are a good way to try new flavors, and I also purchased the K-cup pod to use my own tea and coffee.
