Elgato Video Capture

Won't work on all computers

I installed the program and hardware on my Windows 10 laptop and it would record for about 3-6 minutes and it would freeze. I would start the program again and it would show that the device wasn't connected I uninstalled the program and reloaded it but still had the same problem. I tried the program on another laptop and it worked good on it. I recorded the VCR 6 hour tape and it did fine. I'm happy with the Elgato Capture just wish it had worked on all computers. I would have been out of luck if I didn't have another computer.
