A must for tropical regions.
Though an old time favourite, this product is in its basic form, meaning it is very pure. Most Lanolin products on the shelf are full of additives. It is very much useable in its pure form, you just need less. It has this marvellous quality of waterproofing which the sheep put to good use in wetter climates.
For us humans, its use on our skin is to bolster the resistance to chafing due to rubbing and perspiring. A small amount applied and spread well over the affected area after bathing and allowed to penetrate overnight will normally be enough to reverse chafing for at least 48 hours even in the most humid of days.
Best of all it can be used anywhere on the human body without restriction.

Nearly all good. If there is any issue it would be the time taken to automatically turn off when the water has boiled. I would estimate about 15-20 seconds too long before it switches off and this causes it to start " dancing" on its base plate caused by the violent boiling. Other than this it works well and does the job effectively.

Salpeter for cooking.
Used 55grams of it to brine chicken for 24hours together with some herbs and spices. Result was a very moist, tender and tasty chicken meal.
