exactly as described
I bought these for a project I'm working on so haven't got everything hooked up but these appear to be of good workmanship and are exactly as described

Perfect fit
the carbon brushes were a perfect fit for my ryobi cut-off saw. They had me back up and cutting steel in no time

good product, but
The tape is very good and adheres easily to any dry surface. I used the tape on some wooden steps on a deck to provide visibility and anti-slip function. The only problem I had was that when it rained a couple weeks later, the tape that was exposed came loose. As long as the tape is not exposed to water it will remain attached very well.
