About
As a result of the tardiness of others, I leave feedback as follows: As a buyer: Once I receive the goods and all is well. It lets the seller know the goods have arrived. As a seller: ONLY when and after feedback has been received. I have noticed recently that some sellers are becoming tardy when it comes to dispatch. Sellers will now lose a star in the speed of dispatch rating for every full working day following the date of purchase until dispatch.

The best things really do come in small packages!
The Roberts Revival Petite really does bear out the above title. An amazing radio in an incredibly compact form. Excellent in most all respects. For me, the only minor downside is that whilst the radio can act as a Bluetooth speaker (a receiver), it cannot connect to Bluetooth equipment by acting as a transmitter. I have a pair of Sennheiser HD4.50R Bluetooth headphones which I would love to use to listen to my new Revival Petite.

It works and works well but with connector shortcomings
1 of 1 found this helpful Traditionally, I have purchased and used CTEK chargers on my vehicles. However, due to my ever expanding vehicle collection, I needed a more economic solution for my motorcycles particularly. The Oxford can never match the quality feel of the CTEK but you need to keep things in perspective. The Oxford does the job and does it well for a significantly lower outlay. When I purchased my first one, I had doubts and reservations as it felt and looked as if it was only as good as it needed to be and would expire several hours after the warranty. Notwithstanding, 5 years down the line, the oldest of my Oximisers is still quietly and efficiently looking after my motorcycle battery. The biggest and most serious flaw is that of the 'Tamiya' connectors. These are simply not up to the job of repeated disconnection/connection. The pins misalign and eventually push out of their respective plugs and ultimately make for a poor and unreliable connection. If Oxford were to address this, it would be a real winner.

A real eye opener!
Bought this as I had reason to believe a USB plug charger I purchased via eBay from the far east was more than a little suspect from new. When tested, not only did the USB plug reveal itself to be unstable but highly dangerous and potentially damaging to equipment it could be used with. I also tested a charger purchased from a high street store (which was CE marked and the same price). This proved to be stable, safe and consequently, could be used with confidence. There is a lesson to be learned. Work it out for yourself. If you suspect any USB charger you have, this little device may just save you shelling out £500 - £600 for a new iPhone! In my book, a good investment!
