These are great, good quality and the price is right.

It's best to go original equipment
I tried an aftermarket resistor last time and it died in less than 2 years, my original lasted 12 years. Although premature to tell, I'm hoping this is the last one I have to buy. I could see the difference in quality between the aftermarket and new OEM one easily, stick with factory parts if they're priced reasonably like this one is.
