Almost rates a 5
This is the 3rd Sonicare toothbrush I've owned. It seems to clean as well as the others, but it is louder than the other and frequently rattles during use. Perhaps, in the past, I've had higher end models and that is the main difference.
However, if you're looking to get your teeth cleaned and don't mind a noisy brush, this one is for you!

Secure Wheels
The locking wheel lug nuts work as advertised. The outer sleeve spins which prevents brute force removal.
