Solidly made and worth the extra money.
1 of 1 found this helpful I originally bought a cheap $20 knock off of the X Box One controller. It was light weight and cheaply made. This controller is SOLID and works great. I was able to connect it to my PC w/o needing a dongle (using my internal bluetooth) with the help from a youtube video.
Spend the extra $$$ for this controller.

Solid, well constructed, Mid-range Mic with Shure reliability
This is a great microphone for the money.
If you are thinking about purchasing a wireless system for your band, take it from me, you don't want to go CHEAP. The SLX models give you plenty of bang for your buck. Obviously the ULX is a better system, but not many can afford this.
Think of the SLX as the introduction into the pro gear. You can go cheaper, but you get what you pay for. You may not need it, but if your set on buying a wireless, this is the way to go.
The units are sturdy as is the microphone itself (you can remove it from the stand without the "clang" sound you get from the cheaper models) and has a very long range. Battery life is about 9 hours, but if your like me you swap out your batteries on all wireless units before a show anyways.

One of the better units (for the price)
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm using this to identify the maturity of my plants. I've used Jewelers loops (waste of time). Trust me, if you are using this for your plants, you want nothing LESS than 60x (120 and above is overkill) with a bright light (this unit has that as well). So, speed the $12 for something you can use.
