Good pots to the rescue
Bought three of these to replace OEM parts in a lab-grade power supply that had experienced some kind of mechanical shock that destroyed the originals. These new units have a good, solid feel, with enough smooth adjustment resistance to minimize accidental displacement. The power supply now fully meets original specifications related to control features. Was able to put a multi-hundred-dollar power supply back to work for just a few bucks and a bit of my time. Great deal! These pots should work just fine in new design, too.

Good probe, simple conversion.
These probes convert easily to support 10 Meg meters; just open the handle cover and adjust the multi-turn pot you'll find inside to about 198 K to match your meter. Muy simple!

Top-notch deal for bulk data storage.
Performance, capacity and reliability vs cost make this the deal of choice for low-cost bulk data storage.
These drives were designed, fabricated and tested for enterprise/data center service, where buyers have plenty of economic muscle and are most unamused by failures regardless of cause.
Yes, they do have some tens of thousands of hours of use on them, but with an MTBF of 2.5 million hours, actual usage time is not highly significant. These are mechanical drives—they do make some noise, especially when/if they're being worked hard in a random-access regime. They do produce some heat; a decently ventilated housing is a must. And they are big-ish and heavy-ish, unlike their solid-state equivalents.
But for those of us who are comfortable with these constraints, these drives provide an unbeatable solution to relentless data bloat. Highly recommended.
