A great addition to your 3.5 setting
I've always loved magic in my fantasy settings, and this book adds three new types of magic to the 3.5 setting; Pact, Shadow, and truename magic. Classes, prestige classes, feats, magic items and some adventures for each section - a really good book to add to your 3.5 collection.

Fun and different urban fantasy series
I really enjoyed this series - it takes the standard urban fantasy book and turns a different direction; instead of a single character PoV, you have an entire team. A wizard, vampire, shape shifter, goblin, half demon, Fae, and a ghost.
And while the series didn't sell well and didn't get a satisfactory ending, it's well worth picking up for a read.
