What you derive from training with this vest is well worth the price. Wish they had these when I was a kid.
The weighted vest training concept works well for me. I train climbing nine floors. It a very demanding regimen. Sit-ups, pullup, squats, lunges. The vest requires one to be creative in their routine. Another great result from using this vest, is that it builds endurance better than any gym workout can.. This coming from a sports competitor since I was thirteen. I am now seventy four. Any serious devotee to physical fitness should add a vest to their training program.
