Good stuff
Agood value for the price I use it every other day with my B12 and I zoom around doing what needs to be done, I am 70 years old and exercise every other day at 24 fitness, this product combined with my B12 is pretty good, will purchase some more!!

A good movie
Was a fairly goid movie and the dvd was in great shape, kind of slow but gets going an okay movie about what could happen in a future world!!
