I mix it with yogurt
I suffer from high body acid which causes psoriasis and migranes. I found this excellent to reduce my acid build up in my body. I highly recomend this nettle i also use it with seaweed powder in the mornings mixed in yogurt for easy taking.
Both i have found have hugely helped my health and well-being.

Really great unit
1 of 1 found this helpful I mounted my unit in a trolly so i could attach it to the ride-on mower or just pull it behind me. Great attachments great spray patten my weeds wont stand a chance !
