Seems to perform nominally: Time will tell....
I've noted that past big 3 solution doesn't hold up very well. This proves a far better value than big 3. Alkaline. Packaging is far simpler--it still protects remaining cells sufficiently, nonetheless. It even detaches into sets of 4. It's far easier to extract cells--simple crinkly-sheet plastic: No typical cardboard/clamshells here. Far less hassle to obtain--far less expense--in so many ways: Lesser "footprint." Free shipping and speedy--even from Canada. Alkaline is the best for storage--the number of cells here likely proves reasonable. Used in ornamental clock movement--still retains nominal accuracy. Time will tell: I feel pretty good about this choice, as well as the transaction. Very happy....
Update: About a month later after writing this review--still working nominally.

Good and versatile. No sole seatpost reliance. No instructions and poor pics. Lots of parts--much tightening. Somewhat heavy. Great value.
Pros: Versatile assembly options. No or sole or enforced seatpost reliance. Sturdy. Economical.
Cons: Somewhat heavy. Lots of parts. Many parts need tightening and re-tightening. Requires more continual and detailed attention. Kitchen-sink approach in order to gain versatility in configuration and assembly. No instructions. Few pics, and no close-ups. Tedious and time-consuming assembly. Close clearances for a few parts. Differing sizes of nuts and allen sockets Some bolts too long.
Verdct: About what I expected. Inexpensive. Not as good as better brands. Best suited for cheap bikes--which may lack certain fittings.

Marshmallow relieves bloat of today: Cheap plastic casing fails sooner than others'. Batt a little short-lived.
Decent low-end 7" Android tablet. 16GB/1GB. Intel Quad-core. Android Marshmallow 6.
The good:
1. Marshmallow 6 is less bloated than Nougat 7. Few ANR (App Not Responding) or related issues. Marshmallow doesn't take up as much of that 1GB cache mem.
2. Can cast screen. Android 4.4.2 or above.
3. Can read a USB flash drive thanks to Marshmallow 6--Lollipop 5 and Kit Kat 4.4 can't.
The Bad:
1. Somewhat pokey at this level.
2. Battery endurance a little on the short side: Suggestion--decent LiON backup bank.
3. Case material seems to prove inferior to other brands'.
The Ugly:
1. Seemingly, the same junk tablets I saw for sale years ago are still for sale. Gingerbread 2, Honeycomb 3, Ice Cream 4.0, and Jellybean 4.1-4.3 still pop up. Beware! Anything below 4.0 isn't supported by the Play Store. Loads of Amazon used prove available now, too. Frustrating.
2. No rubberized or plastic/metal bumper proves yet available--this tab has been out years.
3. Marshmallow 6 support will phase out sooner than Nougat 7 and Oreo 8.
