Great kit - could be cheaper
This is a great kit and contains everything needed to perform the chip swap-out in my Mac Pro. The only thing perhaps missing were instructions, but there are literally dozens of "how to" videos on YouTube.
This kit was quite expensive - much more than sourcing the individual parts yourself - but you will have to wait a long time to find the de-lidded CPUs. Often, they come from the US, and you have to pay high-ish delivery costs and even higher customs costs. This is just easier and saves the waiting.

The best thermal compound!
This stuff is great! It comes out exactly as you want it to - no blob or rush from required excess pressure at the start. Compound performs very well in use.

Tiny part, huge impact!
Fiddly to install in a 4,1/5,1 due to where it goes but, once in, it works great.
Such a tiny part that suddenly gives an aging Mac Pro 4,1 a new lease of life!
Including some instructions would have been nice, but there are plenty out there on the web, so no biggie.
