This One's a Gem
Terrific quality thermometer. Works well, nice size and scale. Highly readable. Due to the "highly readable" large screen the unit is a bit top heavy when in the mouth. Nonetheless, highly recommended.

Great Compact Unit with Big Sound
Excellent reception, sensitivity and sound. It gets a little warm in use so know to expect that. There's a stringy (included) "Y" antenna that must be run toward and near a window. Otherwise, reception will cut in and out all day. Ensure the unit you purchase has a working remote control as replacements are difficult to find. Also, ensure that your unit comes with a set of operating instructions as the dated controls (circa 2008 to 2012, I believe) are confusing.
