Good but expensive product - but on-balance worth it.
2 of 2 found this helpful The product is easy to use, reliable and accurate. We needed to use the Helpline because the thermometer kept giving us 'ERR' when testing one of our employees - it turns-out that the thermometer operates between 94F and 108F - our employee's temperature was marginally below 94F. The Helpline rep was very good.
