Everything is a step!
0 of 1 found this helpful Counts real steps and heart rate accurately enough, but the problem is that it also counts every arm movement as a step. Every time you brush your teeth, chop foods, or otherwise move your arms, each move is another step. You have to keep taking the Fitbit on and off, an inconvenience. Also, when you use a stair-climbing machine at the gym, you don't get credit for that because your arm is stationary.
