Good general purpose, fast wide angle lens with peripheral distortion.

For low light photography requiring a wide angle lens, this is great. Canon lenses are solid. However, at the periphery, there is both geometric and chromatic aberration. For general purpose use, it is not noticeable, however, for night sky photographs, you readily see the distortion in the periphery.

This vacuum uses a basin of water instead of a disposable filter or bag.

This is a vacuum that has a cult following; you love it or hate it. Instead of using a filter, a basin of water catches the dirt. After each use, throw out the filthy water and store the machine in separate pieces. Next time you want to vacuum, add water and reassemble. These machines are well made and last for years. Parts are readily available. The rug beater works well. Suction is strong. A lighter, non-power head is also available. When shipping, protect the water basin from the weight of the motor, or it will be broken in shipping, which is what happened to us. It is easily to buy a replacement, however.
