It was tested prior to sending and it stated that in add. Further in my description it states that items do not come with warranty so therefore the customer knew this before purchasing. Not sure why now all of a sudden, the customer has an issue with it

Not good.
Advertised as halogen. Not so, conventional incandescent bulb with poor light output.

Good quality and works as advertised.
Heavy, good quality stainless and well finished. Most important the adhesive sticks well to the bottom of a kitchen cabinet after repeated yanking off of paper towels. Recommend.

Non-stick look elsewhere.
Advertised as non-stick. Look elsewhere, it's pretty and black but sticky as anything else.
