3 of 3 found this helpful One thing I would recommend is installing a shadow light kit that casts a led light down over the blade leaving an exact shadow line where your cut will be it even shows the width of the tooth kerf for very accurate cutting. I believe it’s more accurate than a laser because it is not subject to being knocked out of adjustment. The entire shadow light kit is available on line for under 100.00 kit includes, shadow light, wiring harness , power supply and new handle . I believe this modification makes the model 779 into a780 which costs at least 150.00 more hope this helps.

Noisy charger
Battery is awesome charger however makes a lot of electronic noise when charging and gets very warm. This may be considered normal but seems to me like it would diminish the life of the charger. It remains to be seen
