    The item was listed as NEW, however it is clearly USED. Had I known it was used I would not have ordered it from this seller, clearly a misrepresentation. The listing said the seller was located in Long Beach Ca (3 Hrs from me) and the item would be shipped in 3 to 4 days, however the item was shipped from Nashville Tn and arrived 13 days after ordering? I did reach out to the seller after several days and they responded that the item had just shipped and to be patient..........

    Brought my MID display back from essentially maybe ten working pixels on the entire display to 99%. I messaged the seller about that extra 1% and they apologized and offered to fix it no problem. I am currently content with the result, and may or may not bother sending it back next spring. Very fast shipping, with tracking you can follow it every step of the way. Well worth it. Great service.
