An unexpected change was made
2 of 3 found this helpful Originally, after I purchasing this rifle, I liked it in most ways. The only fault I was aware of was that it weighed 9.8 pounds. Then the product was revised so the weight went down to 7.6 pounds which was a large improvement. I assumed that no other changes had been made since the product was previously optimum in all areas except the weight. However, when I made a detailed comparison of all areas both before and after the update, I found something else that I had not expected to change. The trigger pull weight had INCREASED from 3.5 to 9.8 pounds! This change would result in making the gun far less accurate. As a result, I returned my rifle and purchased another brand (Gamo) which looked better overall for accuracy. I believe in the old saying "If it aint broke, don't fix it". This rule was clearly violated here.

It is possible to get 10X for less money.
