No real issues so far.
Rubber stinks initially, but it gets better with time. Seems to mate well with decades-old Dinse connectors. Some people have reported inexpensive connectors splitting at the wire port, so I tried not to tighten the set screw excessively. At the moment, pictures show half-assembled female connectors; fully assembled female connector is slightly recessed in rubber.

This light is inexpensive, expect a cheap light. I haven't used mine much, but considering the price, if it lasts for a while it could have decent value. Tail cap has male threads, body has female. Thread major diameter is ~17.8mm, and pitch is ~1mm. Compatible with male-female extension tube available as part of "Popular 3W White LED 2 AA Handy Camping Flashlight Torch" (sold by yufurong9, #162403983904).
