Best version of a crucial tool.
This is the best version of a crucial tool. In a Mini-split installation nothing is more important than preparing a good clean flare on the copper refrigeration lines. This tool does that job efficiently and with consistency.

Compact functional and well designed
1 of 1 found this helpful I ordered this item to replace an old tank a studio cottage on Gabriola Island BC, Canada. Space is at a premium in this small cottage and we were thankful for the space saving. This compact unit mounted on the external wall in the small enclosure next to the bathroom. It mounted easily and we installed Webstone isolation valves to the hot and cold side for easy servicing. Because there are no gas fitters available at my location I did the propane fitting myself. That part of the job was uncomplicated and the entire installation took less than a day of my time as a DIY project.
The system works very well. It easily heats water for two appliances at once (shower and dishwasher).
It has only been installed for one week but I have no complaints at this stage. It was inexpensive, the build quality is good, it is intuitive to run and it looks good.
I would recommend this unit for a small family and, for larger families, I would even recommend that you install two rather than a single larger more expensive unit.
