flipping good machine
assembled easily. all construction is heavy duty. need 2 people to move shipping box or use hand truck. well packaged. simple instructions. takes a day or two to get used to the ankle grips. wearing socks helps a little.
the limit strap attach rings, seem to get cocked in the metal tabs and don't allow full extension when inverting, but sometimes they work as designed once or twice and start to hang again. the metal tabs have sharp edges around the drilled hole and maybe after wear, these will stop grabbing the attach rings. .

cool and light weight
mesh material allows air circulation and plastic construction is impervious to rust in high humidity work areas. the height adjustment for the seat is simple and easy to use. the only negatives, and they are small ones, is the plastic construction is not as ridged as metal would be and the chair wiggles with any movement by occupant, and the head rest isn't high enough for tall users. if the user was 180 lbs or lighter, and shorter than 70 inches tall, this would probably not be a concern. otherwise, it's a great computer chair for intermediate or lite usage. not that comfortable for all day usage, in my opinion. however, with these points considered, it is a great value for the money, so i give it 5 stars.

took a little adjusting!
the only adjusting needed was the operator had to get use to changing direction at the ratchet at the head, instead of the trigger, because the motor always turns the same direction. otherwise, performed as expected
