It does have a certain smell.

But if you put it together and put it outside or in your garage and the smell goes away. My only issue is the nylon strap with the plastic buckle very flimsy snapped the first time I tried to tighten it. Just get yourself some bungee cords and you'll be good to go. Over all a good sale ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
