    Purchased tan Coach Court bag. Seller refused to ship this fragile item in a box despite my request to do so. Would only ship fragile item in an envelope. The original listing said that boxes were an option. Then seller canceled the transaction claiming "out of stock/damaged," which is false. The worst customer service I've experienced on eBay.

Fabulous!
The advanced Soft-Picks are sturdier than the original ones and hold up better (if you reuse them). They are more expensive but worth it.
