I found one 10 years ago in my new office and kept it. I kept the outside clean but I never had it professionally service because the casing was hard to open myself. It finally died last month 6/2023 so this month 7/2023 I ordered 2 fans, one for me and one for my daughter. It's not loud, its more of a low humming and its not disturbing. Slightly heavier than a paper weight. I think its very nice looking. Small switch in the back for the settings are OFF towards the left, as you turn it on to the right, the 1st setting is Hi, then Med, then Low is the last setting towards the right. I mention this because I keep forgetting that low isn't the 1st setting when turned on like other fans.
