Seeing results with only a small dosage each day!
This product is so simple to use, as it dissolves in hot or cold liquid. I can drink it in plain water, it has a very mild taste. My husband prefers it in hot peppermint tea. I have been taking this product for over 2 months and only a heaping tablespoon per day. Even with this small amount, I am having much less problems with pain in my knee, which was my main reason for trying this product.

I see definite improvement...give this a try!
Since taking this product, I am having much less problems with pain in my knee. My fingernails are also stronger and not breaking as easily. I definitely recommend this product.
