Size 9-10 Dearfoams Animal Print Booties sizing is a size smaller than before

I bpught my usual size Dearfoam Booties but I think a new company bought Dearfoams as the sizing is off. All my old size 9-10 Dearfoams are longer than these new type size 9-10 Dearfoams which are too short. The soles, are like shoe soles, very stiff and hard and not like slipper soles which are more flexible. It is hard to believe that there is any memory foam in them at all as it hurts your feet to walk in them. This is very disappointing as there are no returns. Even if your feet are shorter, there is still the matter of the hard as a rock, flat as a board soles.
