Great for more than just colds.
1 of 1 found this helpful I often use this for headaches. It's about like that Head Off stick they had a few years back. Good for minor or tension headaches.

Not for small ear canals.
Not good if you have small ear canals. Hard to tell the sizes of the ear buds. It looks(and feels) more like a large and two medium.
