top knife - tried japanese cutlery, including Shun - good knives but need sharpening more often - Wusthof hardness maintain the edge for long time - Avoid bamboo cutting board - stick with acacia...- Senior home cook and baker - Restocked with Wusthof.

Used since 15 years - My use is as a kitchen scrubber, for pots, pans, dishes, utensils and stove top. - I always discarded the sponge every 3 days - In case of a reception, say 24 persons for dinner, two may be required.. The dishwashers does not clean as hand cleaning does. The dishes and silverware "sing" when the cleaning is done.
