Not your ordinary diet
4 of 4 found this helpful This book is not a diet from over indulging in food, but a diet that starts with recognizing an over indulgence in negative thoughts. I can't really say that I lost any physical body weight, but I shed tons of mental weight! A great book at helping your get to the source of your negative thoughts that keep creating negative events. Being happy with me just the way I am is what is greatest benefit derived from this book!
