3 of 3 found this helpful This is an excellent book with an exhaustive study of many environmental toxins that affect us on a daily basis. She seems overdone sometimes but she is very thorough in her study of dangerous chemicals, parasites and things we would never think about. She studies many things about basic household products, soaps, cosmetics, pesticides, etc,,,and shows the dangers they possess. We have to think about the cumulative effects of all product/animal/environmental toxins we face daily and add up their damage then see what measures we have taken to detox and avoid these things. She gets pretty detailed and basically does not want us to use anything hardly, even some "health-food" items that contain additives and/or processes which are dangerous to us. She talks heavily about all the parasites we carry YES we al have them...and really how this has not been an issue in AMA...but should be, Parasites can get in the brain, heart, lungs liver and basically all over the body...they release waste byproducts that cause us the real harm...not the parasite necessarily.
So if you want to know the REAL truth about what you are putting on you,in you plus... what you are drinking out of the tap on a daily basis and breathing etc.. etc......GET THIS BOOK!!! It will open your eyes and make you wonder.
