  I'm very sorry your package arrived damaged. I double wrap each one in bubble wrap to minimize the risk. You been have issued a full refund. I offer a 30 return policy. The bottle contains 2 tubes, one for each serum. Each tube has a maximum capacity of 2 ounces, a total of 4 ounces. The purchase is for 1 ounce. That is a 1/2 ounce in each tube. That is why the tubes are less than 1/2 full. Once again I apologize for any troubles this may have caused. Please let me know if you need anything.

  The seller originally sent me a different brand of shoe. I notified him of his error, he was apologetic and said he would send me the correct shoe. I received what I thought was the shoe that I had ordered but it wasn't the "wide fit" as was described and shown in the picture. I again notified him of his error and this time he recommended that I follow the refund procedure and return it. I asked if he would still refund it since I had to wear it a few days on my trip and he hasn't responded.

  I apologize for the trouble you have experienced. I did not see your last message. You are still within the 30 day return policy offered. It does not matter if the shoes have been worn. You can still keep the, size 10, Under Armour shoes sent by mistake. You can return the Skechers for a full refund, even if they have been worn.   I did my first pump and the bottom of the container flew off and the two tubes of product actually flew out of the container. The box was bubble wrapped, but the box was still damaged.
