My writing has improved as a result of the exercises in this book

I bought this book after reading "Writing better lyrics" ( same author) and followed the exercises as presented. I have to say that my viewpoint has been expanded as a result. I also like the presentation of the material.

Gator GFW-MIC-2621 Frameworks Short Tripod Microphone Stand

Very disappointed in Gator!

Based on my experience with the functionality and value I have enjoyed with my two Gator cases I purchased a Gator frameworks mic stand. Even when the boom was not even halfway extended it could not support the weight of the mic. I tried 4 different mics, none of them particularly heavy. Instant downward drift. I didn't try putting a pipe wrench on it - Maybe that would have held the boom in place. It was not an inexpensive stand, and having to pay return shipping on it made it a horrible purchase. I will give i one star because I think you have to.
