Great sound and ergonomics, but mic is not as good as I would like
2 of 2 found this helpful I really like the fact that this is something the simply hangs on my neck and not earbuds. At times, people have told me that I sound like I'm in a box or too muffled. So the sound quality is great but perhaps the microphone quality is not as good as I expect from a company like Bose.
