Pops up seller does not accept returns for this item. He said he would contact ebay. He totally ghosted me. I have the unit packed for return waiting on a label. Ebay states if item description is incorrect buyer can receive a refund regardless of "no return" policy. In messaging we told the buyer we would except the item back and refund the full amount. Buyer misused the product using a 1/4" staple when the specifications required a minimum 5/8" staple. This item was new in the box. We are not scam artists.

Superior Quality Bubble Wrap
Superior to any bubble wrap I've used in years of shipping antiques & collectibles. Very large bubbles, excellent perforations. No frustrations tearing off sections and this wrap is perfect for delicate items such as china & pottery.

Not Worth It At Any Price!!
The item is very flimsy and you must use one of the cords to the lights to set on the provided suction cup hook.
The lights are very bright but the real deal breaker is it's very difficult to discern what the silhouette is. It shows up well at the street (70 ft) but you can't make out the candles, holly or berries. The candle flames merely look like yellow bulbs as to the other lights.

Poor Construction, Missing Parts - Keep Looking.
1 of 1 found this helpful I could very easily have rated this 1-star. I'm not new to putting these types of boxes together. The boxes I received are not flush when put together, there are large gaps at the corners with hole openings of 1/2 inch. The outer box at one side on the bottom sticks out. Further, there are no "flaps" to finish the construction. I'm describing the handles that fold up and keep the inner cut away sides from dropping down on the inside of the box. The boxes I received (5) are missing these an obvious quality control issue at manufacturing.
These are BCW, I'll try another brand after some research.
