Improved version.
The early versions, a few years ago, Fermonster had problems with their lid. I had several that would not seal but this new version seals and works very nicely. I now use the lid that came on this jug also on some of my earlier bigger jugs.

Practicle & Informative
2 of 2 found this helpful While highly technical, it is an easy read because he put all the technical info into everyday language and uses vivid illustrations.
He not only offers the the technical background but offers practical ways to implement it including weekly sample recipes.
He tells what is wrong with our current American diet, he tells how we got here and how to get away from it by making some easy changes by substituting tasty alternatives.
Although I had to make significant changes to my diet, it has been easy with no sense of being deprived.

Good quality jar
A very good quality heavy duty jar but I couldn't figure out how to get the handle on without using pliers to bend the wires. But, I don't need to use the handle so that was not an issue for me.
