  The good, seller did issue a prompt refund. Bad, this listing was for a helium Western Digital hard drive. Photos were of drive in antistatic bag and no mention of the giant dents and bent portions of the drive case. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the perfect box and unwrapped the drive. No mention of the damage was mentioned in the listing. Seller relisted the drive after I returned it with better photos showing the damage. I would not have used this drive if I got it for free.

  Needs to fit packaging size to item sold and/or improve protection on hard drive shipment. Looks as though drives were bounced around. (Bubble wrap drives perhaps?) Large box not balanced for shipping company led to damaged box due to at least one drop. Items tested ok , but -1 star for packing (and no fragile sticker though was told there was one). Seller has good product, just needs to sensitive items are packaged it better to make the journey. 1 substituted drive, but ok (sata) Thanks
