Perfect substitute for breakfast!
Since I eat crappy, this is the perfect choice of drink for my breakfast. I drink a glass every morning. It tastes great and I feel good that I'm getting the nutrients I need. The only complaint I have (2) is that the price is excellent; however, it's only 3/4 full. It seems to need more powder. But, I can't complain for the price is low. Second complaint is the lid. In all the containers I've received, only one of them had a ridged edge on the lid. It makes it a whole lot easier to turn the lid if you have arthritic fingers as I do. I got smart and saved that lid and switched all the containers that I order with the lid that is easier to turn. Other than that, it's great!!!
