    Shipping delay was caused by bad packaging. The label was on a rolled-up shipping envelope causing the automatic scanners to miss the barcode. Item was in great shape but was shipped hundreds of miles out of the way and final delivery was delayed. Seller was responsive but experience was neutral.

    I wouldn't say that's the reason, We shipped the barcode on a flat surface so its easy to scan, I'd know as I'd wrapped it, and also used to do that as a job, as long as barcodes are flat there is no issue scanning them. to be honest, we should both be upset that it was shipped to the wrong post office, that is not my fault, it's the post office, it happens, their normal people who make mistakes. Sorry your item was delayed on behalf of the post office.
