Worth the cost !
5 of 5 found this helpful You can maintain your muscle mass with only a couple light workouts a week. I'm almost 57, and I've had 16 major surgeries. Including 13 neck n spinal fusions. Wrists reconstructed, knee , elbow and shoulder surgery as well. But with this product, and muscle memory, I still have a great physic with lifting just 20 lb dumbells a couple times a week and some push ups.
