TV Ears Warranty
1 of 2 found this helpful The product is a TV Ears set, without the charging station (which I had already). The product works great but I have bough several in the past that were not of high quality for the price. The plastic "ears" broke and the little cushions fell off constantly.
I bought the two year warranty this time for $5-6 which I felt I needed based on past experience, although the new product seems to be a little sturdier in construction. Maybe they have corrected some of the problems.
It works great otherwise.

TV EARS
The "antennas" are too close together and to spring them wide enough to put over both ears is uncomfortable. They are almost touching each other rather than be set about 5 or 6 inches apart and there is no way that i see to adjust them. I have bought other TV Ears which did not have that issue. I fear that continued pressure to spring them apart will eventually break them.
The rubber tips are a great improvement from the older sponge like tips which fell apart often. These seem much more durable. Price was significantly less than previously paid but only purchased the "ears" since had the charging base from older purchases.

So far, so good!
All worked well if it holds up quality wise. Earlier versions did not hold up well and broke easily. I took out a two year warranty on this one to be sure.
