Deluxe Oyster Opener
I got the knife in time to open the last of a bag of oysters I purchased at Joe Patti's.
I had modified a large flatblade screwdriver which worked but I wanted a real oyster knife.
This product fit the bill and allowed me to shuck the remaining oysters I had with ease.
I highly recommend this to anyone!
