I have had health problems in the past, but I try any foraging and collect free foods, which may need processing of some time, for example I have joined several gardening groups to help me with keeping fit and the fact they have thousands of free fruit trees and that they grow a a lot of their own veg is a bonus, and that they let me take some home for free!. I have started to juice a lot of their apples, and hoping to start my own business at some point because many say I am disabled and unemployable!
