Perfect blender for my needs. . .
Amazing blender, great for pureeing ingredients for soups, especial Shrimp or Lobster Bisque. My wife would not eat split pea soup because of the grittiness she has always encountered. She reluctantly tried a batch I made using this Vitamix 5300 blender, and she loved it. Made so many more creamy soups during this Pandemic. It is a heavy unit and difficult to place into a lower kitchen cabinet, but stores nicely on the countertop. Great for chopping potatoes for home fries, etc. Makes great smoothies. Easy to clean after use. I will soon be using this blender for homemade horseradish preparation. Have owned a large Cuisinart Food Processor for many years, but it has too many safety switches and difficult to clean. Hoping this one lasts for years.

Pennsylvania first class fishing streams. . .
I original read this book from the public library. It is such an informative book, that I had to purchase one for myself. So, if you fly fish for trout in Pennsylvania you will find these locations easily.
