Professional looking picture hangers
These hanger look very professional and are easy to attach to your picture frame. It is a little hard though to find the right screw/nailhead that it will catch on and settle against the wall. The hanger hook itself should be just a big larger to make the task easier.

Easy to use on small to pretty large frames.
Holds your frame in place nicely until glue has dried.

Cheaply made and overprized
I was hoping that it was better quality for the prize. Instead the rubber band is cheaply made, the plastic around the frame cuts into the face because there is no rounded off edge and the mask is not very comfortable. You might as well just get one at a Dollar Store.
