Helps sleep, but not my brain
While this product does seem to help me sleep better, and especially get back to sleep easily after I have to get up to urinate, it leaves my brain fairly dull and my already existing problem of memory is worse for much of the earlier part of the day.

Works better than other pickups for tuning harps
Seems to work better on a wide range of notes on harp tuning than other pickups. The highest notes on a harp are always difficult to get an accurate reading. But this pickup seems to work fairly well even with the highest notes. Maybe does not give an absolutely accurate reading of the highest notes, but pretty darn close.

Very good, but treble frequencies are not emphasized enough
0 of 1 found this helpful This is a great machine to help one sleep. The only criticism I have of it is that it's speaker does not project enough of the treble frequencies. It basically emphasizes just the bass and midrange frequencies. If you attach a headset or earphones to the machine, you can hear the high frequencies very well. But you cannot hear them at all well with the built in speaker.
They should eliminate some of the sounds that are probably not used often (the "meditation" one [I practice TM, and I don't need or want any drone sound for my meditations], the fireplace, and maybe one other). Then they should add a simple knob for increasing treble sounds when using the speaker, and they could do the same for the bass frequencies. This way the machine would probably not cost more and would be much better and more useful.
